Get support and guidance for those “in-between” skills.

You’re a successful, high-quality human.

You probably have a solid career and a great personality. You coast through day-to-day life pretty easily. But these questions keep coming up, like…

Did I just get ghosted?

How do people keep up with stuff like balanced meals and time with friends?

Where did that guy learn how to dress like that?

What’s actually the problem here? What just happened?

Why can’t I get a second date?

What was I supposed to say?

Why do I own 5 identical pairs of tweezers?

That’s where I come in.

About Me

Hi! I’m Becca.

I’m a speech-language pathologist by trade, so my professional background involves providing therapeutic support for communication skills across the lifespan. I started the Social Connection & Lifestyle Coaching branch of my practice to address challenges that might not be classified as “clinical”, but are still really important and require the same skill set to address.

I also have quite a lot of informal experience living in big cities with strong tech industry presence. After growing up in the Bay Area and making the Greater Seattle Area my home, I’m familiar with the common challenges that people often face in these regions - Difficulty sustaining friendships amidst a sea of strangers, unique social dynamics in the workplace, and the “male loneliness epidemic,” just to name a few.

My mission is to use my background in neurological development, social-pragmatic communication, executive functioning, and clinical care to create a functional, evidence-based coaching program for my clients. Any program we design together will include opportunities to apply concepts in the real world, as well as direct feedback offered with an empathetic mindset.

I’m genuinely excited to work with you, so let’s get started!
